In patient services includes the ward and nursing station and all other facilities necessary for good patient care.
In this department, we provide care under direct supervision for a patient at the point of illness when dependence on others is at its height by admitting in a hospital bed.
Our core objective is to provide the highest possible quality of medical and nursing care for an admitted patient. To make provision for essential equipments, drugs and all other items required for patient care in an organized manner. To provide most comfortable and desirable environment on temporary substitution for home.
There are around 140 Consultants of various specialities and Super specialities manning the General O.P.D from 8.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m. (Gen. Physicians, Chest Physicians, Neuro Physician, Cardiologists, Gastroenterologists, Medical Oncologists, Endocrinologists, Paediatricians, Pschyiatrists, Cancer Surgeons, Dermatologists, Nephrologists, Gen. & Lap. Surgeons, Opthalmologists, E.N.T. Surgeons, Plastic Surgeons, Urologists, Orthopaedic Surgeons, Gynaecologists, Neuro-Surgeons, Cardio-Vascualr Surgeons and Paediatric Surgeons).
Kindly note that the admission counter is open 24x7 hrs.
Approach the admission counter (No 7) located at the ground floor once the doctor advices for admission
Kindly select the class under which you wish to get admitted and accordingly you would be asked to pay the deposit which will be adjusted in the final bill.
IPD Registration charge will be collected based on the category/class in the final bill.
In case of planned surgery, please obtain an estimate from the reception counter (Mon – Sat: 9 am – 5 pm) prior to the date of operation, so that the correct amount can be deposited at the time of admission.
Emergency Admission can be done through the casualty medical officer in the casualty department.
* The medicines you are currently taking and all the concerned medical reports.
* A list of known allergies and sensitivities
* Personal Clothes, toiletries, footwear
* Keep some cash for miscellaneous purposes in case of emergency. Please safeguard your valuables & Mobile. The hospital will not be liable for any loss of money or valuables.
* Patient clothes will be provided only for patients in the ICU/NICU and deluxe class.
* Payments can be made in cash/cheque. [kindly note the cheques will not be accepted for the final bill settlement.]
* Credit or debit card facility is available.
* On admission, every patient will be given one attendant pass and two visitors passes. Only the deluxe patient will receive three visitors passes. [visitors will be allowed only during visiting hours.]
* For every patient a 24 hour attendant is compulsory
Obstetric Registration
Registration for delivery is done on completion of 7 months of pregnancy. Rs. 500 (non refundable) to be paid at the OPD counter.
Operation Theatre Booking
For booking Operation Theatre for any type of surgeries, a booking amount needs to be paid. This amount would be adjusted in the final bill. In case, the patient cancels the surgery, the same must be informed 24 hrs prior to the surgery, or else the amount will be forfeited.
