Relevant ID proof and Address proof to be given at the time of Admission / Registration. For e.g: Indian Citizen – Aadhar card compulsory, NRI’s – Valid passport compulsory.
Being punctual (on time) for the appointments given.
Patients should try and do their best to comply with their Doctor’s treatment plan.
Patients should have realistic expectations from the doctors and their treatment.
